There is property in Arkansas which the owners need to sell quickly. The property was previously listed with 3 different realtors over the last 3 years. The property did not sell and did not get but 2 lookers. The owners have reduced the price drastically. A 6% commission would be paid to any realtor which comes up with a buyer. This is great news! It really says something about our community when our homes are increasing in value when the homes across the country are decreasing. I hope everyone’s home starts to gain worth, but it is nice knowing, also, that no matter how the economy is performing our homes here are nearly immune.
